This site, LeahNieman.com, is owned and operated by me, Leah Nieman. I launched this website because I’m passionate about raising kids with a healthy perspective of technology and social media. My goal is to provide resources for parents, grandparents, teachers, youth workers, and teens so we can enjoy all the benefits of technology while having balance in life. Offering up-to-date information on technology does require a great deal of time and research on my part. In addition to speaking and consulting, I pursue various streams of revenue to pay for this site and the services necessary to maintain it.
PAID ADS, REVIEWS, AND SPONSORED POSTS
I do accept paid advertisement, product reviews, and sponsored posts. But these spots are incredibly limited and offered to products that line up with the overall message of the site. I also select products I feel will be beneficial for my audience.
Advertising space is paid for and is clearly defined as such.
Sometimes, I partner with a business who has a product or service that I think will benefit my audience. They compensate me to write a Sponsored Post to be published at LeahNieman.com for the purpose of introducing you to their product or service. All sponsored content will be clearly marked as such at the top of the post.
From time to time, I review apps and products in posts. I’ve purchased the majority of these with my own money and wanted to share with you. Sometimes I receive an app or product free of charge for the purpose of reviewing. No matter where the app or products I review come from, the opinions shared in the review post are honest and all mine.
