Helpful Tech Gifts for New Parents

Owlet Smart Sock

While a traditional baby monitor is a great way to keep an eye on baby, this high-tech monitor takes baby monitoring to a new level. Simply slip the Owlet smart sock on your baby’s foot as they sleep to keep track of their heart rate and oxygen levels right on your phone.

Smart Sound Machine

A sound machine is a great way to help baby sleep. It ensures they never have to disturb their new baby while he’s sleeping.

With sleep deprivation and mom brain, it can be easy for a new mom to forget where she put her keys or phone. Help her keep track of those important items with a Tile. The Tile will make your phone ring or keys beep when they’re lost, making them so much easier to find.

Smart Changing Pad

Track baby’s weight and measure how much they’re drinking all while giving her a diaper change with this smart changing pad.

Smart Camera

Help your favorite new parent keep an eye on their baby while he’s sleeping, and record those cute baby moments as he plays, with this smart camera. Ring Doorbell

A video doorbell is a great way to keep your home safe and secure whether you’re at home or away. With this affordable tech, you can see and speak to visitors outside your door using your phone or computer, which means new parents can easily tell visitors to stay quiet while the baby sleeps! And the Ring doorbell continuously monitors your home in HD, so you can be sure your family is safe throughout the day and night.

They make some of the coolest things now. I swear by the sound machine too. My youngest is 6 and we still use the one she had as a baby.

While these are cool, I don’t think many are really necessary. I do definitely recommend the baby monitor for sure though, having a video to see your child is very helpful!

    • Leah Nieman on January 31, 2020 at 7:54 pm

It is. When my kids were young we just had the sound monitors. The video monitors are so much nicer.

Wow. Such cool items. I especially like the backpack and the cell phone mount. I always struggle with my walk in the warmer months. Never have anywhere to put the phone.

    • Leah Nieman on January 31, 2020 at 7:51 pm

I love the cell phone mount as well. It seems like strollers never have a good spot for them.

  10. Shayla on January 31, 2020 at 6:21 pm
